Cottage: 2+1 baby (about 60 square metres)
Independent cottage with shared swimming pool. Ground floor: wide living – dining  room with fireplace and kitchenette (4 rings stove, fridge/refrigerator, oven, tea pot, toaster, mixer, italian coffee machine), sofa , TV. First floor: spacious double bedroom with lovely panoramic view , ensuite bathroom with shower.

The agritourism is placed  right in the centre of the lunar scenery of Crete senesi,middle way between Asciano and Trequanda villages; just a few kilometres far from the Monte Oliveto Maggiore Abbey .
The cottage was an ancient hayloft, in the years lovingly restored by the owners respecting the local tradition cotto  floor, wood ceiling, and the bedroom and bathroom with travertine ( the local stone) floor. Nowadays it is  an excellent place for relaxing vacation. Independent and quiet, next to the owner’s residence, has a wonderful 360° panorama looking the Crete Senesi hills with view over Siena in one side and Montalcino and Trequanda in the other side. The place stirs up the best emotions.
The owners produce  fruits and vegetables and rear farmyard animals.

Touristic tax 2,00E per person per day for 7 nights
Heating: by use ( about 6,00€ cubic metre); Wood: by use 7,00€ each basket; Refundable breakage deposit money:  100,00€; Final cleaning: 40,00€; Pets: not allowed.

Arrival-departure day: FRee. Minimum stay 7 nights  in High season  ;  Minimum 2 nights in B and C   season
